Accuracy in real conditions

Every vendor demos on clear audio, one accent and a straightforward case. Your clinic has overlapping speech, background noise, accented English, family members interjecting and patients who describe symptoms out of order.

Insist on a pilot with your actual providers in your actual rooms. Measure the edit rate: what fraction of generated notes require substantive correction, not just a tweak. That number, not the demo, predicts adoption.
