Healthcare SBC Introduces Its Eight-Product AI Line for Clinical and Revenue Cycle Work

Healthcare SBC today introduced its AI product line: eight products that run across the same clinical and financial data model, covering the path from a patient consultation through coding, authorisation, claim submission, payment and recovery.

On the clinical side, Quill drafts the clinical note from the consultation itself, Lumen summarises and answers questions against a patient's record, Tally recommends codes and modifiers from the signed encounter, and Bellwether identifies conditions documented but not represented in coded data along with quality-measure gaps.

On the revenue cycle side, Threshold turns payer eligibility and benefits responses into an estimate of patient responsibility, Passage determines whether prior authorisation is required and prepares the justification, Bulwark identifies denial risk before submission and underpayment after remittance, and Recourse identifies denial reasons, prioritises by recoverable value and drafts appeals.

Every product in the line is built on the same principle: the AI reads, summarises, detects, predicts, suggests, drafts and prioritises, and an authorised person reviews and approves anything that reaches a chart, a claim or a payer. No clinical, coding or billing action is taken without human approval.

The names above are working names and may change as product branding is finalised.
